A simple layout with some relaxing tones.
Treasure Map
Something I came up with while playing with SVG turbulence filters. The island backdrop is by Bence Szabo and modified from this demo; keep the credit and link if you use it. The background pattern randomly generates a new seed on every page load so it'll never look the same twice.
Reconstructions
These layouts were created from memories of personal site layouts I originally created in the early 2000s. They've been updated to modern standards (including mobile responsiveness) and updated to use a few effects that didn't exist at the time, but they have the same general look and feel as their original versions.
Neon Cities 2001
I don't know if this layout actually dates back to 2001, but it's no later than that. Anyway, "Neon Cities 2001" just sounds cooler.
White Mountain
The original version of this layout dates back to around 2005. The background image was generated with the old version of Terragen, which you can get here.
Pinstripe
One of the oldest layouts I can still remember. Pleasing colours, I think.
Just the Greys
I couldn't remember anything about this layout but plain greys and monospaced fonts, so I went with just that and nothing else. Very basic, but sometimes minimalism is all you need.
